Privacy Policy
DKB SELLING CO LLC, operating under the Solar Bridge name (“Solar Bridge,” “we,” or “us”), is operated by Rand Davis. This policy explains how we handle information submitted through gosolarbridge.com and related Solar Bridge communications.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, email address, phone number, property address, utility information, notes, electric bills or screenshots, and details you provide about a solar project or existing solar system. We also receive basic technical information needed to operate and secure the website.
Anonymous referral routes use a first-party attribution cookie that records a campaign code, initial landing page and related source information for up to one year. The public code does not identify the referring person on the website.
How we use information
We use submitted information to review your situation, respond to your request, communicate about solar or related service options, prepare proposals, coordinate projects, maintain security, prevent abuse and meet legal or compliance duties. Submitting a form does not enroll you in recurring automated marketing.
We may use calls or texts for legitimate follow-up as permitted by law. Where consent or opt-out language is required, we will provide it. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages.
When information is shared
Netlify, Postmark, Zoom and analytics or infrastructure providers may process information for us to host the site, store submissions, deliver messages, conduct meetings and secure or measure the service. If you progress to a stage where it is needed to evaluate, quote, finance, service or fulfill a project, we may share the relevant information with installers, lenders, service providers or warranty providers. We do not sell submitted electric bills or contact information.
Files, retention and recordings
Uploaded bills are stored in a private Netlify Blobs store and may also be attached to a private notification email. For people who do not move forward, submitted bills and related homeowner information are deleted after 12 months, unless a longer period is required by law or needed for a dispute, security issue or compliance matter.
A bill emailed directly, or attached to an internal notification when that option is enabled, may also exist in private email systems. Those copies are subject to the same retention objective, although encrypted provider backups may persist for a limited additional period under the provider's normal backup cycle.
Inbound calls are not presently recorded unless disclosed. Proposal or review calls, including Zoom meetings, may be recorded only after notice and consent. Those recordings may be retained for up to 24 months, or longer when required for a legal, compliance or dispute matter.
Analytics and future advertising tools
We may use privacy-focused website analytics to understand visits and page paths. We do not currently use this website to create advertising or remarketing audiences. Before adding analytics or advertising tools that collect additional personal data, we will update this policy and use consent controls where required.
Your choices and security
You may redact account or meter numbers before submitting a bill. To request access, correction or deletion of information, contact us at review@gosolarbridge.com. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children and policy updates
The site is for homeowners and other adults and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as our services change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
